  • This is your first refund request for this product. Repeat refund requests on previous purchases may, at our discretion, make you ineligible for future refunds.

How to Request a Refund

You do not need to provide a reason. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, because our digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent at checkout to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Notwithstanding the above, we voluntarily offer all customers — including EU customers — a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in this policy.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us first at info@6talesofwomen.com. We will resolve most issues within 24–48 hours. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in your email being blocked from future purchases.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem (e.g., a failed download or a corrupted file), please contact us at info@6talesofwomen.com and we will resend your product immediately. Technical issues alone do not require a refund — we will always make sure you receive what you paid for.
